Please supply the following detals to register as a trade customer:

Business name.
Business address.
Business email address.
Contact land line number.
Contact mobile number - if available.
Brief description of your business.
Register for a trade account via this contact us link.
A confirmation email will be returned to you with your User Name and Password.
Login and you will be able to see your trade price along with the retail price for all items.

For retail customers we offer a glazing and firing service at Ceramics Cafe studios. London, Surrey and Hampshire. Visit www.ceramicscafe.com to find your closest studio.
Please note you will not be able to take bisque purchased from our online store into these studios to paint, however the studio operators are happy to glaze and fire the item(s) for you.
A copy of your Bisque UK store invoice must be presented when requesting glazing and firing at the Ceramics Cafe studio. Additional costs apply to glazing and firing. Call your closest studio for confirmation.
Prices do not include VAT at 15.0%. This will be added in the shopping cart.

Payment will only be requested once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
CARD PAYMENT
If paying by card we will confirm your order once it is packed and payment for items ready for dispatch will be requested.
Card details can be sent seperately by calling Bisque UK once you have received our confirmation email that your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
BACS Bank Transfer
If paying by BACS Bank Transfer please wait for our email confirming the total value and that items have been packed ready for dispatch prior to making payment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
